Kentucky Holds Final Dispensary License Lottery

On Monday, December 16th, Kentucky held a lottery for dispensary licenses in regions 1 and 2, in addition to separate lotteries for Fayette and Jefferson counties.

The winners in the final Kentucky cannabis license lottery of 2024 were as follows:

Region 1 (Bluegrass)

  • Canntucky Ventures LLC in Franklin County
  • Garry Kort in Madison County
  • Robert Hoogendyk in Madison County (will need to switch to a different county in the region)
  • ThriveBlue LLC in Scott County

Fayette County

  • DHK KY LLC in Lexington
  • ZenLeaf, Inc. in Lexington

Region 2 (Kentuckiana)

  • DNP – DHKY LLC in Bullitt County
  • KY Pristine Vistas LLC in Bullitt County (will need to switch to a different county in the region)
  • DJS KY LLC in Shelby County
  • Pinnacle Path LLC in Bullitt County (will need to switch to a different county in the region)

Jefferson County

  • Chung Woo Kim, LLC in Louisville
  • Upward Innovations in Louisville

Congratulations to all the winners!
