Kristin McCall Discusses the Opening of Medical Cannabis Licensing Applications with WHAS 11

Attorney Kristin McCall, a Partner with Dentons Kentucky Cannabis Law Team, spoke with journalist John Charlton of WHAS Channel 11 on July 1, 2024, the opening day of the commonwealth’s portal for medical cannabis license applications.

“You have to submit a site plan for your property for a secured location, you have to submit operational plans that comply with complex regulations, you have to submit a financial plan” McCall explained in the interview, available here.
